Responsibilities- Achieve customer renewal, satisfaction, and referral goals by delivering excellent service
- Manage landscape maintenance accounts for multifamily and commercial properties
- Build strong relationships with property managers
- Provide proactive customer service as the client's single point of contact
- Visit sites regularly to assure quality standards are being met
- Identify and propose enhancement opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments and co-workers
- Represent the company in a professional manner
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the company
Requirements- Sufficient horticulture and landscaping experience
- Excellent communication ability
- Able to build relationships with property managers
- Bilingual (English + Spanish)--Preferred
- Experience using Aspire or similar software
- Must be a team player
Compensation- $75,000 - $90,000 annually
- Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement
- Up to 10% performance bonus potential
