Requirements for the Landscape Sales & Account Manager at Lucia Landscaping:
- Minimum 3 years field experience in landscape maintenance services; required
- Minimum 3 years sales experience; required
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the landscaping or related industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of landscaping principles, materials, and techniques is advantageous.
- Valid Driver's License, in good standing, and clean driving record; required
- Strong ability to multi-task, stay organized, and communicate effectively; required
- Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Customer focused with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.

Key Responsibilities for our Landscape Sales & Account Manager include but are not limited to:
- Present and pitch landscape services to prospective clients, highlighting unique offerings and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and contracts tailored to client needs and budget constraints.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, address client feedback, and offer recommendations for improvement or additional services.
- Proactively manage client property portfolio by identifying concerns and areas for improvement.
- Responsible for scheduling site walk-throughs to evaluate the property and provide quarterly analysis of property to the client.
