Lawn Management Company (LMC) is searching for a
Branch Manger to oversee and direct all operational and account management functions for our Southeast Houston branch. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this position supervises department managers and teams, directs the scheduling and performance of duties, monitors revenue, production, and costs for the branch and actively engages with customers to ensure satisfaction with services. This is a Full-time position, with typical hours being 6am to 4pm, Monday-Friday with on-call responsibilities. In addition to receiving a base pay and being benefit eligible, this role qualifies for annual incentive pay as well as a company vehicle/mileage reimbursement and cell phone.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the operational and financial success of our largest company branch.
- Monitor the scheduling of all work to be performed by the branch with department leaders and ensures proper manpower needs and materials are available to completed services.
- Monitor financial performance through weekly financial reporting with the COO as well as other executive leaders and prepare annual budget.
- Ensure all safety policies are adhered to at all levels and that company provided PPE requirements are in place.
- Meet with Managers informally each day and formally once a week to insure all customer and employee needs are being met.
- Meet with Business Development on all new potential sales for the branch. Schedule the work and assign a Landscape Consultant. Schedule an Account Transition with the Sales and Operations Team to meet the client and answer any operational questions before the start date.
- Review Fleet and Equipment needs daily with your maintenance staff. Also, review new equipment and material advances.
- Handle customer service issues as they arise with your management team. Get involved in all renewal activities.
- Responsible for all personnel activities such as interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management and coaching, employee relations, etc.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience managing teams, preferably in landscaping or related industry
- Able to support and exemplify LMC’s Vision RITES: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, Excellence, Service.
- Excellent communication skills with ability lead and connect with a diverse employee base
- Must be very organized and able to multi-task and deal effectively with changing priorities
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Strong leadership skills with ability to direct and instruct others
- Comfortable using computers and other forms of technology is needed
- Shares in company values and can demonstrate those in the field
